In a time of many changes, our culture is in danger of slowly fading away. At The Candlenut Kitchen, we fight this with our very heart and soul, bringing the food of our people to the forefront, sharing and preserving our tradition and heritage.

 

Yet we do not remain static. We have refined the recipes passed on through generations to give to you the very best. We Peranakans have also grown with the times; as such we also served modern dishes including our own homemade ice creams and chendol “cream” in representation of our changing tastes, which popo fully enjoys and supports.
